ReplyDeleteI agree with you, Mia. Mint leaves would look good and would add an aromatic touch to the soup... Cooking is very versatile and often a good way of letting your creativity flow. For instance, in the Portuguese islands of Azores, people place a cinnamon stick into each bowl of chicken soup...

Well I thought of egg in the way of Easter and new life .............come on Wednesday, Belita , we need the recipe for the soup as well, please, looks scrumptious, now am hungry as well as thirsty and tired.
